As the President of Assisting Hands Phoenix, John has been at the helm since August 2021, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care. John is a staunch advocate for high-quality care, leveraging his extensive experience in the information technology sector along with his ownership of Cactus Villa and H.O.P.E.S.S. (Homes of Personal Enrichment and Sobriety Service). H.O.P.E.S.S. is a 207-bed facility committed to supporting men and women in their journey to sobriety.

Gabrielle Rogoveanu is a dedicated professional and one of the esteemed owners of Assisting Hands Home Care Phoenix. With a robust background in business administration, Gabrielle brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to home care services.

Gabrielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University and earned her certification from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.

For 17 years, Gabrielle has been dedicated to her community as a Sunday School Teacher at Happy Valley Romanian Church, where she imparts valuable lessons and guidance to children.

Gabrielle mission at Assisting Hands Home Care Phoenix is to ensure each client receives the highest standard of care, empowering them to live independently and with dignity.

As the Client Service Coordinator for Assisting Hands Home Care, Jasmine is dedicated to ensuring that individuals and their families receive the compassionate care they deserve in the comfort of their homes. Her role involves carefully assessing each client's needs and preferences to match them with the most suitable caregivers. With a proactive approach and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives, she is honored to play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with the support they need to thrive in their own homes.

When she's not working, Jasmine enjoys spending time with family, playing pickleball, traveling and volunteering at church functions. Jasmine is passionate about serving her community, and her positive and compassionate energy is evident in both personal life and professional work settings.

As the Human Resources Manager at Assisting Hands Home Care, Madelyn prioritizes sourcing and providing the best caregivers to meet the needs of their clients. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for supporting both clients and staff, Madelyn ensures that Assisting Hands Home Care delivers top-quality care and service. Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys creating art and hiking, finding inspiration and relaxation in these activities.
